The Competition is open to all worldwide.
Entries from employees of The Promoters (John Petrucci/Captain Fawcett Ltd/Crystal Spotlight, Ernie Ball Music Man/Dunlop Manufacturing Ltd) or friends/family of employees of The Promoters will not be valid.
The Competition opens on 27 January 2021 and closes 9 February 2021 at 11:59pm GMT.
To enter, visit johnpetrucci.com/nebula and follow the steps. Every completed task will count as separate entry.
Entries submitted after Closing Time will not be valid.
The Winners will be selected at random by John Petrucci himself within 3 working days of Closing Time.
The Winners will be contacted via Direct Message on Instagram and via email.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend the competition running and deadline date and times at our discretion.
The Winners must respond to the Winning Direct Message within 7 days of the Sent Time on the Winning Notification Email. If no response is received, The Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner at random.

John Petrucci/Captain Fawcett Ltd have also agreed to issue 20 runner-up prizes. These will be 10x John Petrucci Signed Terminal Velocity Vinyls and 10x Captain Fawcett Nebula sets which include a 50ml Beard Oil, Moustache Wax & Beard Balm.
The Promoters may issue additional winning or runner-up prizes to participants at the Promoters’ discretion.
Should The Promoters find the advertised prize to be unavailable, The Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value at its absolute discretion.
The Promoters cannot be held responsible if the despatched prize is not received by The Winner or is damaged in transit. Main prize products will be despatched from each promotor separately.

By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by The Promoters to receive future marketing with the option to unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of the emails.
